The idea..

For as long as I can remember I have wanted to own my own business and my cousin has always been the obvious choice as a business partner due to us having completely different business skills sets.


We both finished school with the promise that if both of us do not go to uni we will start our own business. Ollie lands a job at his Dad's company Meroncourt.co.uk who supply Europe with Razer Products.


I have always been a gamer and love quake3 counter-strike and any PC shooter.


SO THE OBVIOUS CHOICE???


make a business based on what ollie had xp in and what i loved .. GAMING!



We would have random meetings down the pub initially and obviously not alot got done, but over a weekend we managed to get v 0.1 of the site up and runing so that we could do all the basics that we needed, list products and have a working cart system with standard features that you would expect from a shop that specialises in selling equipment for gamers.

We knew that we would be concentraiting on Razer, Speed-Link and Everglide products to begin with as they are the main line of products that our Key Supplier offers, but gamers that play the fast First Person Shooter games will want the fastest mouse and the best Mousemat so that they do not miss a shot, therefore they are mfar more likely to go with a Razer Deathadder and Everglide Titan Fnatic mouse pad from MasonGaming.com than some worn out piece of rubbish that was given to you by the nice man from the local life insurance company (who cant wait for you to die by the way, cause the sooner you die the more he gets paid! ) anyway moving on swiftly..

If this blog seems confused, messy and not well written then you have just experienced a first hand experience of my personality: chaotic, messy and gets confused easily ^_^ again im going far off the point.. back on track..

Both Oliver and I fancy ourselfs to be young entrepreneurs so we were confident from the first day that the business Idea was set out that we will be successful. Maybe in a few years this blog will be read and people will comment on how large and successful we have become, and maybe they wont.
